Prior to her work with the Early Stages Program, Ida Griesemer led educational workshops with teens enrolled in the Youth Employment Program at the Center for Family Life in Sunset Park. This experience solidified her dedication to the field of social work, and to fostering creativity and innovation in the lives of young people. Ida is a recent graduate from Sarah Lawrence College, where she studied Psychology and Writing. There she was also involved in the school's artist community, managing a campus gallery and working as the Art Editor of the annual Literature Review.
