 Jeanine Conley, Partner, Baker Hostetler

A member of the firm’s Litigation Group, Jeanine Conley focuses her practice in the areas of white collar and corporate criminal matters, employment litigation and general commercial litigation. Ms. Conley has represented clients in formal and informal investigations by the New York State Attorney General’s Office, the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office. She has responded to government subpoenas and document requests on behalf of corporate clients and assisted clients with corporate policy matters and internal investigations. Ms. Conley also has successfully litigated and tried employment and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Along with this work, Ms. Conley maintains an active pro bono practice involving immigration, criminal and landlord/tenant issues.

Before joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Conley clerked for the Honorable William G. Bassler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Conley worked at the law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP, where she engaged in a broad-based litigation practice in substantive areas, including commercial, products liability, securities and white collar crime litigation.

Ms. Conley currently serves as President of the Association of Black Women Attorneys, is the New York City Bar delegate to the New York State Bar House of Delegates, and is a member of Legal Momentum’s Board of Advisors. She is a member of the Committee on Minorities in the Profession of the New York City Bar, the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar, the National Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Conley was part of the inaugural class of the Council of Urban Professional’s fellows program from 2008-2009 and currently participates in the Practicing Attorneys for Law Students Program (PALS).
