Mariha Gibbs Prior to joining Esae Capital Partners, Mariha was an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brothers / Barclays Capital where she provided M&A, leveraged buyout and other strategic advisory services to Consumer and Retail clients. Mariha also worked as an Associate at the special situations hedge fund, Madison Capital Management, where she researched second lien loan investment opportunities and helped identify new investment channels. She began her career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Credit Risk Management & Advisory group, where she provided credit advisory services to Aerospace & Defense and Capital Goods clients considering debt transactions, and helped manage Goldman's relationship with hedge funds. Mariha earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and received her BA from Dartmouth College. She currently sits on the board of Early Stages, an arts education non-profit.
